Problems:
[x] can't assign project to issue
[x] can't set assignee
[ ] milestone is not showing
[ ] kanban board is empty due to not project assigned
[ ] new kanban board is not showing

current version is 1.15, last version is 1.17.
Try to update to latest version, if still continue,project shall be migrated to github

Problems fixed with uograde to version 1.17.2
